For all legendary gear, your stats seem low. Especially with a vector. Are your attachments trash? Or maybe you are trash.
I’m not sure, I stopped playing awhile ago because Ubisoft insists on destroying any game they make.
Tanky / Armor / dz xp grind build. My main gear I run keeps me at 195k (vector), 185k (black market ak) / 85k / 15k, my attachments are still bottlenecking me tho and I don’t want to farm for mats to get better ones.
Realistically with my normal gear I could prob get to 220k dps on vector with decent attachments and a better talent roll (brutal and destructive on mine)
