i tried everything it still didnt work and i tried with the inventory open as well
the game has updated, if it is possible to update the trainer I will also be grateful

There is something wrong with the inventory and the mods. It keeps crashing my game.

Hello, the game has updated to version 4.03, could you please update the mod? It’s no longer working, and it’s also causing the game to crash in some loading situations (such as when entering the DLC Blood and Wine city). I tested it without the injected mod and it didn’t happen. Thank you, MrAntiFun!

while waiting for the cheat to update, you can use the DirectX11 version. It still work.

@Decaa On the launch page to the right of the of the Play button there is a drop-down box to change what DirectX you are using.

+1 to update. Right now Add 10 points for example isn’t working on DX 11. And on DX 12 nothing works, at least to me.

Report of what is broken as of 14/05/2023 :
-Add exp is broken you could change that to just adjust level with a slider that goes for 1 to 100
- Add 10 skill points is broken, a slider would be good too.
All othe roptions works fine dx11 and dx12 version.

The The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt cheats have been updated!
Changes:
- Bug fixes and game compatibility improvements
On DX12 you cant pick up items cheats work tho, but on DX11 no cheats work but hey at least you can pick up items.
Edit DX12 Weight is set to 1 (in case you need it)
I see if I need to reinstall though see if that works.

Same as @J35737. DX12 the cheats work, but can’t pick up any items.
Same issue. Cant pick up any items. Bummer cause i was all stoked for the update so i could get back to playing stress free but thats a game breaker
Edit: Id also like to add, its all cheats and all items that i have encountered thus far that produce this bug. As far as i can tell, having the trainer enabled in any fashion, even without actually turning on the cheats, is enough to cause this bug. Prays @MrAntiFun can whip up some magic

The mods are not working in 4.03 whenever I try to run the through wemod my items are missing but when I run in steam without the mod the game works perfectly. I hope you can fix this update
