hi devs of horizen can you port it to html therefore anyone can use it on whatever OS your running since it be run in a browser even xbox 360 ie (internet explorer(if your wondering about it)owo)

WeMod currently has no plans to develop Horizon further nor support any systems other than Windows, as far as I am aware.
The popularity of Xbox 360 tools are declining because most of the Xbox crowd now focus on Xbox One. Aside from that, Xbox Series X comes out in November, so the number of people using 360 will decline even further. Which means any major development on 360 tools will likely be an uneconomocal use of time and money.
