WeMod is only for single-player.
Like I said. Co op. Not online. Co op wemod works for 99% of other games.
Co-op is not single-player.
Missed the point entirely 
I didn’t miss the point. WeMod is not designed for co-op and trainers will not be updated to work with it.
So if you turn on a cheat and it does not work, Then end your turn and then select your city(Settlements).
if the no cooldown is enabled and the spell has a duration of x seconds that it persists. then the spell will get stuck at 1. if you cast the spell with the no cooldown disabled and wait for the duration to go away and then enable it the spell will refresh as expected.
