I also see my boosts have been refunded, and there’s no notice that the game has been updated.
I’m experiencing constant crashing, sometimes the moment after loading, sometimes after a few minutes. My regular options are experience multiplier, fast expeditions, and no expedition incidents. To try and mitigate the crashing, I turned off the xp and no incidents, and left just fast expeditions (which is my main reason for using the mod), the crashing persists.

Is there anything new regarding an update for Two Point Museum? Couldn’t see any mention of this game on your Discord page either… Right now it is unplayable with all the crashes on Campaign mode. I use infitite drink, toilet and patience plus no expedition incidents.

We haven’t been able to replicate the crashes on our end, so we’re asking affected users to send us their game saves either via Discord or email along with a brief description of what they were doing right before the crash. The more details you can provide, the better we can narrow down what might be causing the issue.

@Patrick, can you please confirm exactly what you’d like us to send (i.e., .csm files and from a particular directory?) and which email address we should send them to?
maybe tell us how you use it and we can try it.. I am trying to find where the h the saved game is lol once find will send via discord
Same here. I can’t find game save files on my hard drive that are more recent than the end of April and I’ve played as recently as a few days ago (and now manually save about every 10 seconds since it’s crashing so often). I just checked through my Steam settings in the hopes of finding a clue as to where my save files are and the only thing I can find is that they’re saved to the Steam cloud (so I can play across devices). I’m happy to send them a save file if it’ll help solve this crashing problem, but I don’t know where to find it (or yet where to send it).

@ArieP86, thank you for posting this. I was able to find those save files. I’m assuming they’ll want both the numbered save “slot” file and the career save files, but I’m still waiting to hear back @Patrick about which email address to use.

FWIW, I’ve been playing for several months in the “public_beta” version and the crashes have happened mostly on Pointy Mountains (because I’ve been playing that most due to the new content), but also (I believe) on Pebberley Heights and Memento Mile. Again, I don’t get any crashes when playing the game directly through Steam, but it’s almost immediate or constant crashes with WeMod since the last mod update. Anecdotally, I seem to have fewer crashes with the overlay off (or by not using the overlay even if it’s turned on), but turning off the overlay doesn’t completely solve the crashing issue. Generally, I only use no expedition incidents, fast expeditions, experience multiplier, and occasionally money multiplier.
You can just create a new support ticket its not a problem, Can you switch out of the beta and to stable and see if the problems persist.
I emailed, didn’t really feel comfortable sharing the files in public. Think I got the right files, but I can zip up the entire folder and send it easily enough if you want.
I switched into the standard version, but then it wouldn’t load my game because the saved game file was a “newer version”. I tried creating a new game and played it for a couple of minutes, but then the whole thing froze and I had to crash the program.

Your save files only contain game data and won’t reveal any personal information from your PC. It’s completely safe to share them for troubleshooting purposes.
