im able to log into the site, but unable to log into the app, any hints? ive changed my password and am still unable to log into it.

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps: Quick fixes:
- Turn off any VPN you’re using
- Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
- Reset your password here: Forgot your password? | Wand
Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from this download link.
