You need to add an exception. Not an extension.

There are instructions here: I can’t Install WeMod / "There was a error installing the application" - #2 by Ravenfyre.

If you’re not sure how to add exceptions, search for instructions on Google for the antivirus you have, as the instructions differ depending on what antivirus you use.
