This is quite likely to be a “hidden” developer’s beta testing branch for a Dragonball Z game.
It can be found here, listed as a hidden app that can only be accessed via a key → https://steamdb.info/app/1144647/subs/
In theory, it is possible that WeMod detected that it exists and hence automatically added it to the WeMod library because some of the game developers who have it installed on their PCs are also members of WeMod.

This was the original name of the game on Steam before it was released. It was auto-imported into our database early-on and we mistakenly didn’t rename it. Since we already have cheats for this game, I removed the duplicate. You shouldn’t see it in the app anymore.
