It’s a Region. You know how your Region is like US or UK ? Find and change it to a Morocco Region.
i would have thanked him if it worked for me but unfortunately it is now patched.
I have it in my download history for my Moroccan account but every time I try and re download it I get a error message. So I try to change my region to US on Xbox.com but it keeps asking for a code before I can change my region. And in the list of emails they can send the code to not one of them is the email I used for the account. So I’m kinda stuck…
I know this is a little off topic or might be a stupid idea. But you know how people Strip XBL Gold Codes? Can’t you try and call Microsoft and say that you have bought the game Injustice for $49.99 and then you say that you keep getting an error so if they can make the Injustice game you bought into a Code or something and then redeem the code which will allow you to download the game? o_o
Never mind I got everything to work, re downloading injustice right now! 
I don’t know if that will work though .

I believe it got patched yesterday. 
It was working like 2 days ago. But Microsoft fixed the Marketplace Error.
