I usually take it online if everything is green besides that message. It just means somebody from abgx360 hasn’t upload their own rip to verify your game data against.
If you downloaded the game from a reputable person then everything should be ok.

Yes it is okay to play, it is just safer not to play until it comes out. I played forza horizon 3 days before it came out in America and i live in the UK still no ban, i’ve also been playing assassins creed 3 since sunday. It all depends wether you want to risk it.
That game hasn’t been added to the abgx360 verified database. Not a big deal, you can wait for it to be added or just take your chances now, more than likely nothing big will happen though.
