cheats just turn off automatically

Same problem; Play works, but once running the cheats turn off after about 10 seconds.

Hello @spartan8843 and @ParallelWorm717. :slight_smile:

Sorry to hear that. Could you try the following, please and see if it makes any difference:

  1. Launch the game first via Steam. Wait on the main menu (or start/load a game and pause) for a couple of minutes.
  2. Alt+tab to WeMod. Press Play.
  3. Alt+tab back to the game.

Also, please ensure you are:

  • Using a store-bought version of the game, not a cracked/pirated version.
  • Not opted into any test versions or experimental branches of the game (because this game is in early access). Trainers will generally only work with the public release versions of games.

Nothing to apologize for! :slight_smile:

I’m using a legit Steam copy, and verified I’m using the public release. I closed WeMod, opened the game, waited 3 minutes at the main menu then tried again. Same result; Play works, I’m able to activate a cheat, but it turns off automatically.

As an additional data point, I went ahead and started a mission, then tried to activate the cheats. Still turned off after a couple seconds.

Hello everyone.
I saw that the cheats have problem with turning off automatically.

I believe that this happens because of the game itself as @Ravenfyre mentioned.
The game just works in such a way, that you can’t activate the cheat,
before you have used the thing, you want to cheat, at least once.
Otherwise it’s invisible for your PC, in a way.

What might help though -
E.g. if you want to get unlimited abilities: start a mission and click on the
abilities once (shield or thunder) and activate the cheat. You should
get Unlimited Abilities in 5-10 seconds.

I hope this helps. If the problem persists though, please feel free to tell us
again and we’ll try to fix it.

Hopped in a mission, spent a medal and a little cash, activated the cheats and that seems to work! Thanks so much for your response and your hard work! :slight_smile:

Unlimited Medals seems to not be working correctly. It shows more medals but when used it just goes down in amount and doesn’t do anything. For example if I wanted to rank up the soldiers it would just change medal count from 9 to 8 and not count the medal.

Some cheats are not working, needs a update.

Wondering if you guys will ever make any Cheats for the Epic Games version,
because I can’t keep losing to the final level.

It’s that bad, that I need Cheats for the last level; and I had a good loadout :frowning:
