Make sure your antivirus is not interfering with wemod usually that’s what stops download then try this one here
Mine has also stopped working, and was fine yesterday. No AV interference. I tried the link you have there 3 times and it won’t install after download. Here’s the error response when attempting to install: “Installation has failed. There was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more information and contact the author.” Here’s one of the errors in the log with my username xx’d out: 2019-05-13 15:10:16> CheckForUpdateImpl: Failed to load local releases, starting from scratch: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path ‘C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\WeMod\packages\RELEASES’.

Do you happen to have comcast ?
If so they have their own advanced security that needs turned off
End all wemod in task manager too
I don’t have comcast, no. I did make sure to close all wemod apps in the task manager, too.
