Is it possible to use Wemod and Vortex or Nexus Mod Manager at the same time? Both require the launch of the game to happen in each respective app.
More than likely WeMod will not work with other mods. You can try it by launching the game through Nexus then alt-tab and click play in WeMod after the game has loaded.

you could always do a general patch mod for the nexus that always access to Wemod and if other mods aren’t compatible well that’s just how modding works some mods are just not useable together
