I don’t have anti-virus on I have a clean update from Windows 10 to 11. I never download it to windows 10.
You use Windows, therefore you have an antivirus called Windows Defender, which cannot be removed because it is permanently embedded into the operating system.
As @Chris said - please follow the instructions in the given post. from top to bottom, including the antivirus bit. There’s a lot more to it than just antivirus-related too. That thread resolves this error message in about 97% of cases that we’ve seen.
