WeMod Broken Since Update

Super frustrating, ever since the last patch I have needed to remove and install WeMod every day if I want to use it. Very annoying to manage, because you can’t uninstall it like a regular app, you have to delete all traces of it, and no. Adding it to the anti-virus “allow” list doesn’t work. Please fix.

Hi, whenever I shut down and open my computer the next day, it keeps saying in red text “an error occurred while loading WeMod. You may need to reinstall the app or allow it through your anti-virus software”. Except, I have to reinstall it every time if I want to use it…and I already have it added to my allow method for anti-virus. I followed the guide that it has here for the anti-virus method.

it has been becoming worse, every couple of days another game stops working with it, then finally it has completely become useless. this morning it was working fine with Civ 5 then poof, no more. i followed every single step including adding to antivirus exceptions, reinstalling steam, rolling back windows updates, reconfiguring my router, nothing. this all began when you started the whole forced login and its been a rapid slide downhill since. your software is broken and no longer viable. i wish you would go back to your reliable roots, but i guess that era is over.

I agree. All the problems started after the first update to version 10 of the application. With each new update, more and more games are no longer supported by the WeMod application. The support does not respond to requests, the technical support page has been giving the error “::CLOUDFLARE_ERROR_1000S_BOX::” for a year now, it’s time to send the WeMod application to the trash. Alas.
