Ran Wemod like normal, randomly crashed and said setup failed.

The log file you have provided seems to be for Discord, not WeMod. Make sure you’re not trying to install WeMod into Discord’s folder somehow.
Most setup failures are caused by security programs on the machine or network, amongst other reasons. Take a peek here for the common troubleshooting for them all: I can’t Install WeMod / "There was a error installing the application" - #2 by Ravenfyre.
