weird glitch that keeps happening regardless if I uninstall the app.
Try closing all WeMod processes, then open up Run on your PC (shortcut is Win+R). Copy and paste this into the line and hit okay: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod\WeMod.exe --disable-gpu
If you have a Nvidia GPU, try disabling FXAA option for the WeMod app through the GeForce settings.
