Every time I try to load the app to says that there was an error and that I have to reinstall the app, but when I download the setup and try to click it nothing seems to happen. I’m using a windows 10 computer and I’ve also tried playing in compatibility mode and as administrator. I’ve also tried to make sure that virus protection and firewalls aren’t blocking the app so I’m at a loss as to what else I need to do.
