This is now more of a PSA/ bug report since I solved the problem while typing this post.
I have two monitors: a 1440p and a 4K.
I am using the latest version of WeMod on Windows 11. WeMod was appearing off-screen for me. The usual tricks (ALT+SPACE+M) and (Select on Taskbar + FLAG + SHIFT + Arrow Keys) and (FLAG + TAB + Trying every option) and (SHIFT + R CLICK on Taskbar yields no window options) and force stopping the program and restarting. Nothing worked and the window would not budge.
The only solution I found was to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did not see this solution when I Googled “WeMod starting off screen”, so hopefully this helps someone.
