Or otherwise, your system clock is incorrect and needs to be set to the correct time/date. Do this now if this is the case - incorrect system clocks can cause various surprising issues.
In any case, installation issues are, for the most part, caused by interference from security programs on your PC or network, even if it was fine with WeMod before.
