On your Xbox 360 put the save you want to mod with one of Horizon’s editors onto your USB drive. Now plug the USB drive into your PC, open Horizon, look for the games folder in Device Explorer and open it. Find the save you want to mod and double click it to open the editor, mod what you want and then use the red Save button to save your changes. That’s about it. Now you can move your save back to your 360’s hard drive or just play from the USB drive.
