Hello, Wand says that it’s non mod supportive for Where Winds Meet due to its online game, but it also has an solo game. Can’t Wand make mods for that?

Unfortunately, this game, including its solo mode, is entirely online and requires a constant internet connection to play. The publisher of this game, NetEase, only publishes online-only games.
Single-player game modes aren’t always offline, as is the case with this particular game.
Trainers can only be made for games/game modes that run from your PC (“client-sided”), not games/game modes that run from a server (“server-sided”), for both technical and legal reasons. This means a trainer for this game is entirely impossible.
Anyone claiming to have a trainer for online games is scamming you of your money, account, or to infect you with malware/crypto miners.
