So the game i’m playing has many cheats but some don’t work like increased fire rate and unlimited sprint. Is there something wrong with my platform or have they been patched.

You have not provided enough information to get an exact answer, such as what game you’re playing and what store you got it from/whether it’s cracked or not.
General causes of this are:
- The WeMod trainer needs to be updated because the game was updated.
- Your copy of the game needs to be updated to the latest version.
- You are not using the correct trainer, ie using a trainer designed for the Steam version on a copy bought from Uplay.
- Your game is cracked or pirated.
- You are attempting to cheat in multiplayer game modes.
- Your antivirus is blocking WeMod from injecting into the game.
- You are not following any instructions in the trainer’s “Info” tab or the little informational “i” circles next to cheat names, if there are any.
