Can confirm, to this day only using nexus mods work for it.
Monster Hunter: World’s trainer was released 3 days after @Kanbalah’s post.
It was removed WeMod (now Wand) in October 2018.
Though I don’t know the reason why, it was very likely for legal reasons at the request of the game developer. Trainers are removed either because the game is too unstable with them, or for legal reasons (ie, DMCA takedown demands).
As the Wand (formerly WeMod) co-founder has stated, there will not be a trainer for it.
