Will there be cheats for the Windrose demo? And/or after release, will it also be available for the main game?

Hello and welcome to the community. 
We do not create trainers for demo versions of games.
Demo versions of games are temporary and only available for a limited time. It would be a waste of Wand’s finite resources and developers’ time to create trainers for something that will cease to exist in a few weeks or months.
As for full releases, Wand creates or updates trainers based on the game’s overall popularity among the millions of active Wand members as a whole. There is no way to answer whether there will be a trainer until the game is fully released.
Also bear in mind that the game’s requirements on Steam list having a constant internet connection as a requirement to play this game. If the game is entirely server sided at release (by requiring a constant internet connection) then a trainer will be technologically and legally impossible.
