This doesn’t work with royal rumble? Tried using unlimited health and stamina but it doesn’t give it

The trainer doesn’t work with 2k19 royal rumble? Is there a reason for this and is it possible to make it work for royal rumble?

No. Royal rumble is online this is for singleplayer only

How or why is royal rumble online?
