Any chance a Game Bar plugin could be made for Xbox Full Screen Experience, that works with Xbox, ROG controllers for toggles.

A gamebar plugin WAS made, but they completely hid it away. It worked well too.
In saying that, there were games (Forza Horizon 5) that detected it being installed and refused to launch the game as a result - some kind of anti-cheat detection system I guess.
Iām not sure if WeMod can really fix this because of that.
