No. There are no legitimate Xbox One cheat or modding services at this time. Anyone who claims to provide such services is a scammer.
Nobody has yet found a way to do this for Xbox One. Microsoft are offering a reward of thousands of dollars to anyone who can hack Xbox One. And to date nobody has claimed it.
For now, if you want to cheat on consoles, you’ll need either an Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4.
dang it i was hoping to find something out on that as well but i got pc ps4 and the xbox one so i guess ill just stick to modding on pc
All you got to do is have game pass on pc and then make sure you have the same game on Xbox and of your progress transfer to pc then you can use wemod to mod the game then play the modded profile on your Xbox but it only work with some games.
