I was able to solve this issue by opening WeMod “as admin” (right-click > run as administrator), it then prompted my login information and everything worked from there. After using as admin for the first time, I was able to use normally the next few times without needing to run as admin.

Problems begun for me now too

Happening to me too. Restarted, re-installed program. Deleted the folder mentioned above - same issue.

Just to add, my net connection is fine. Wemod added to AV whitelist (it was never restricted in the first place)
