I just bought the Age of Empires Definitive Edition from steam and tried it with the cheats, and it keeps giving me that ‘a running process may be interfering with the correct operation’ notificaton and it won’t allow me to choose single player.

I tried the starting through steam, and alt-tabbing after 3+ minutes to Wemod and running the cheats, but it still brought that up.

Should I enter the single player first before I try to enable the codes?
