For the manuscript fragments I found it works the same as the inventory adjustment mod. Open your inventory (Gear and Items list), move over to the items category, hover over the fragments, and then increase to the amount you desire using the mod. That should increase the amount of the fragments for you.

Thanks for the trainer, would it be possible to add another cheat option to set value for Words of Power.

Words of Power are what Alan Wake uses for upgrades, like Saga has Manuscript Fragments for upgrades (we have option for Manuscript Fragments)
