Awesome

The cheats for Dead Island Definitive Edition work very well except for the Unlimited Stamina option, I could not get that to even turn on. The add 10k Money cheat works if I click the option in the cheat menu, but if I use the numpad 9 key nothing happens. Other than those 2 options everything else works wonderfully. Thank You guys!

Adding skill points is a little weird. Every time you toggle the cheat, it’ll add the point seemingly normally. However, when you spend a single point, all added points get subtracted. For example, if I have 0 skill points and I’m level 10 (9 spent natural skill points), and I add 10 more points, after spending 1, my total drops to -1. So I add 2 more points, bringing it to 1, spend it, and now sit at -2. Even if I add enough to have say 25 points at once, once 1 is spent, my next total would be -3, and so forth. Leveling up will add to the negative number however. For instance, if I have -3 points and level up, I’ll have -2, etc.

The function isn’t broken by any means but it does get a little annoying having to add points over and over again when you’re sitting at -20 and beyond.

Edit: In addition, Unlimited Stamina still doesn’t work.

me to

I tried launching the game with this and all the cheats are xed out.

Click Play

As noted above the stamina cheat refuses to activate an one hit kills will also cause escorts targets to die in a single hit as well. Haven’t tried adding skill-points yet but I’ve noticed that added inventory space gets removed, probably from leveling up.

None of the cheats are working for me, any assistance would be much appreciated.

all player stats are stored in your game folder and they are open to edit however you want. look at steam guides/modding for examples how to find them

Hiiii, first of all, thank you SO MUCH for this.

Secondly, any chance for an update?
Most of the trainers don’t work for me :frowning:

Unlimited Stamina still broken. Are we likely to get an update. It’s recently been on offer on Steam.

As i can remember, you can simply edit configs using notepad+7zip and make stamina and other stats infinite. Try to search in Steam Guides.

So what they’re referring to is actually the Save Editor, which for the Definitive Edition is in there in the Steam Guides under “Dead Islands Save Editor.” If you’ve ever played Diablo 2 and used the Hero Editor, it’s very much the same: You can edit one of your existing save files (and even change your character if you wanted someone else originally and didn’t want to start over), and can tweak skills, stats, what items they’re carrying, etc…
