hey guys,
ive had dead island for about a week now, and my save game is corrupted from normal gameplay. does anyone know of a program that can delete items from your storage, not the inventory? i had way to much oleander stockpile and it f#$%ed up my gamesave. please help i dont want to start the game over. i can send someone my gamesave if they know how to fix this .

If you wanted to post my program within your thread why did you re-upload it? Plus, I’m sure you read what I posted in my thread so why do you have something different? Using a different editor doesn’t change the fact that every gamesave is different.

I re-uploaded it in a zip file, so people have the program safe inside a folder, and i opened my save in your editor and weird numbers and values came up, so i opened it in Jappi88’s editor, everything was fine so i edited something, saved it, brought it into your editor and everything was fine again. Mate im not a stupid leecher with hardly any posts, i mod xboxs properly aswell as gamesaves. And dont spend my whole life on the forums. I come on here mainly at night because thats when i have spare time or when im not flashing and JTaging xbox’s

could you help me with my gamesave? i used mxs editor to delete about 60x30 oleanders from my inventory but my game still freezes during load…

I have nearly a billion of everything, so you must have froze your xbox while it was saving or you dashboarded while saving or powered off while saving, you will have to start again

thanks for the response. i tried everything i could but apparently there are a ton of people with the same problem. i joined a coop game, finished the game then started over .as soon as i start the game it now freezes. techland said they’re releasing an update to fix this but, but looking at the overall poor way they’ve handled this game since day 1 is not a good sign…maybe trade for gow3

Which is relevant to what? Nothing. Like I said, all gamesaves are different. If you would have sent me your save like I said to do if your inventory had weird characters, I could have fixed it so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. That being said, I see that you don’t care about anyone else, you rater try to get fame by filling a thread with information instead. The whole point in me posting my program here was to have people use it and give me feedback. All you did was tell people to forget about it and use another one, which helps no one. Good Job.

Alright then ill put what you said on this thread and put a link for everyone to send you their save. And im not acting smart, i was just saying if they click the download, instead of having to click the button to show it in folder, they will be able to click the zip folder.

Hi can someone please help me I’m trying to download this “Dead Island” save editor i used the link download it then it came up you must download Winzip to open so i downloaded that now when i try and open it it says to run this application you first must install one of the fallowing net framework v4.0.30319 (I’m abit of a noob when it comes to all this so any help would be great

The link to v1.9 seems to be down; it’s bringing up an FBI Warning. Can someone re-upload v1.9 somewhere.

Also - I’m new to this so please bear my n00bity; is there a God Mode or Infinite Health kind of mod for Dead Island? I don’t see one in this tool.
