I am having problems as of late with the App- I now get an error when I try to install: “Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.” (after uninstalling because I would go to load it and nothing works). I have disabled firewalls, run as admin, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Any further assistance would be great appreciated.
Are you using any particular antivirus program?
If you haven’t already, could you try out the steps laid out in this forum post?
