As with all games, you’ll be banned trying to cheat in online games, including co-op (in the rare case that a trainer works online due to game developer oversight).
Trainers are for offline single player games only. You won’t be banned for using cheats in single player / offline.
Enemies can not be damaged sometimes they glitch and cannot be killed, Unlimited special like turrets no longer work. And one hit kill is broken. Other than that the update works fine with the cheats currently.
Trainer isn’t compatible with current Steam version of GTFO for me, I have no idea if I’m doing something wrong I just saw there was an update and went to try it. WeMod says its not compatible and I tested a couple of the cheats and they don’t work.
edit 2: so did 2 runs for testing and restarted the game and wemod to make sure. I even installed the trainer from this discussion page to make sure.
Unlimited Health - Works
No Damage Effect - Will not turn on (I assume this it to ignore the stun of being damaged and doesn’t work if that’s the case)
Set Walk Speed - Works
Set Run Speed - Works
Unlimited Ammo Standard Weapons - Works but turns off on the mod page but effect remains
Unlimited ammo Special Weapons - Works
One hit kill - Will not turn on and doesn’t work
See my latest edit, I also removed my first edit as it didn’t add anything really. I still get a warning for compatibility issues and a couple of the cheats don’t work and one works but is buggy on the wemod tool.
Thanks more for the cheat for this game! Everything works with a bang! The only thing missing is the Infinite Equipment feature. That is, first-aid kits, bags with cartridges, grenades, mines, chemical light sources and so on. I really hope, and not only me, that such a function will be added to this cheat
