Is there any way that a 32 bit version would be implemented because it does not work on my system the wemod setup

I’ve never heard of “Halo Commander”, mind sharing a link to what you meant?
As for Halo: The Master Chief Collection - there is no 32-bit version of these games, because they all use at least 4GB of RAM.
- 32-bit = The software uses less than 4GB of RAM on your PC.
- 64-bit = The software uses 4GB of RAM or more on your PC.
I believe Master Chief Collection games require 8GB of RAM, therefore it is 64-bit software.
