This can be done for all levels of campaign yes.
Also you have to keep modding it after every mission.

It will not mod Matchmaking, firefight or forge world. Just solo campaign.

Grrrā¦ itās a bit annoying to say that its being released on the 25th, and get a whole load of people to pay for the diamond registration, only to say that youre beta testing it for the next week or two

Im surprised they have not posted the beta within the diamond section, would assume it would be easier than AIMāing and sending the same file numerous times, unless they want to limit the amount of users with access.
