is there anyone still working on horizon or is it fully dead
Horizon is not being worked on. Xbox 360 has been EOL for almost 7 years at this point.
did you manage to solve the problem? I’m in the same situation 
i think horizon is already dead. because I tried to achievement modding last week, but the 8007065b error kept repeating and I couldn’t synchronize.
I dont believe its actively worked on, but it worked. They almost doubled the price of the monthly access for some reason.
