Options are marked as enabled (position “ON”). Most of them do not actually work. In particular, for example, infinite health does not work. Stamina works.
I do not consider this a normal situation for a trainer that has been listed as “stable” for so many years.
Most of the options do not work especially the infinite ammo one. Can confirm that stamina option still works but the rest… nah. Very disappointed.

Changes:
- No Ability Cooldown cheat added
- Easy Doors Unlock cheat added
does that mean the rest should work again now aswell?
You’re misunderstanding what the infinite ammo option does.
The infinite ammo option just stops the need to reload. Ammo counts as an item, so for true unlimited ammo you would need to enable the unlimited item cheat as well.

I have used this trainer recently and everything works perfectly.
The “Unlimited Ammo” cheat does indeed seem to be confusing somewhat as yes it does remove the need to reload weapons, but, as the post above suggested, the infinite items cheat is needed to actually get infinite ammo. Basically:
- Collect or craft a minimum of 2 ammo for the weapon.
- Turn the infinite items cheat on.
- Open your inventory.
- Split the ammo stack in half. Now you’ll have 9999x ammo.
Perhaps “Infinite Ammo” should be renamed to “No Reload”.
I recommend keeping the infinite items cheat turned off until you actually need it. Otherwise your inventory is going to get full very fast.
If you are playing the Mooncrash DLC, you need to use a different trainer: Prey: Mooncrash Cheats and Trainer for Steam.
Does the infinite items apply to the inventory? It would be great if that was also an option. Thanks a lot!
