Im trying to connect my app so many times and i can’t!

This is in my PC:
in my phone says im connected, but in my PC is not!
im already try to start in my phone first, and the same with my PC first… non of them worked!
Force quit the app on your phone and restart WeMod(make sure to close it from the tray).
Not works! 
In fact, i already try to reinstall the app.
You need to force quit the app on your phone not reinstall it. Then close the WeMod PC app and open it again.

Hello again, a long time has passed and I still have this same problem, could someone please help me, I use WeMod only for remote, if I can not use I see no reason to be pro.

Did you uninstall on phone ? I had a problem it stopped working , uninstalled, and then it worked
Make sure you end wemod in the tray and task manager , uninstall phone app, reinstall app , restart PC?

I’ve had the same prooblem. For me it worked like this (just the first time. After the first time it was not importend which order i started the programm and app).
Let me know if it worked like this.
Edit: So, I think you fixed the Problem cause you don’t respond.

okay on your computer you may have multiple processes running on your task manager. So go in and end all of those processes, you probably have to scroll down til you find 2 or more processes running. Click on them and “End Task” them and then close your WeMod app and then reopen it.
