Are these cheats still good?
There are no reports above yours of any issues with the trainer. I don’t think MAF keeps the games on his PC after he’s made the trainer for it.
Would it be possible to add an infinite Spirit Emblems cheat?

Will this trainer work with Steam GOTY Edition?
Unlimited Health does not work at all. It will turn on, but it won’t work.

Has not worked for me since October.
Does everything else work?
Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, infinite-items and infinite-health doesn’t seem to work?

Both should work when you respawn/Die and then respawn
It works fine, you just need to enable it then respawn

It will work, enable it and respawn aka Kill yourself and just respawn instead of ressurect
