Cheats don’t seem to work in the multiplayer (causes an issue of “Out of Sync”) i don’t know if this is by design or if it’s fixable. [For info: im in a multiplayer game with just my friends and we thought of testing few things out]
WeMod does not condone online cheating. Nor does it provide the tools to cheat in online game modes.
Trainers, from anywhere on the internet, are only designed to work in single-player, client-sided games. Not multiplayer server-sided games. For cheating in online (server-sided) games, you generally need hacks, not trainers, which are a completely different thing.
Cheating in multiplayer games also negatively impacts the experience for other players, which is a very low thing to do. Aside from that, major game devs are successfully suing those who produce online exploits, such as hacks.
Good Evening, i have been trying to get the Epic Games Trainer working this evening but unable too.i have uninstalled, removed game file and re installed but still noting all i get from the trainer is “having trouble loading cheats screen”
First I thought this is a standard answer of the 90th… restore the os or through it away and buy a new one… but yeah I just installed the game on a fresh installed win10 with an 3700X + 5700XT with 64GB of RAM with the lastest AMD drivers and I can’t even start a single game with dx12. It always crashes. dx11 works only. The other mentioned PC is an old xeon E3 v5 with an X570 but older AMD drivers. However I don’t have any probs with my laptop (GTX2070) so this seems to be AMD driver related.
I tried the trainer, it only starts the dx11 version once, then i have to restart the pc to play it again.
god mod doesnt work, fast movement does something but units basicly teleports and disappeares after 3-4 moves, fast culture doesnt work and fast recruiting too.
So… We’re just gonna update the trainer and ignore the bugs (ie. Caravans bug out when you use Unlimited Movement making the game unplayable)? With all due respect MAF, it was better when you we’re working solo before -when you actually read bug reports.
Hi, I cant get the cheats to work. I turn it on before playing and when I am in the game it turns off and won’t turn back on. I also have a pop up that says there is a problem loading the mods. I play on steam and idk what to do.
To all those having issues, try this checklist one at a time and see if either of them change anything for you:
Ensure the game is legitimately purchased from Steam. Cracked copies are not Steam copies, even if they have so-called “Steam” files in the game directory.
Disable any third-party mods that you have on the game.
Disable any DLCs you have with the game.
Add both the game’s .exe and WeMod as an exception in your antivirus program, even if it’s just Windows Defender.
Launch the game first via Steam launcher. Wait on the main menu for five minutes. Alt+Tab to WeMod and press Play.
These instructions depend on exactly what antivirus you use. Google the name of your antivirus followed by “add an exception”.
I’m not familiar with Civ 6, not had time to play it yet. But having played other Civ games, there is likely a Mods and DLCs section on the main menu of the game or somewhere around there, where you can disable and enable them.
As stated in a previous post in this thread, it’s a well-known game issue that occurs in both Civ 5 and Civ 6. People who do not use WeMod report this issue often in official and unofficial Civilization communities.
