Hi I just used the add item mod and it works fine, here are the steps I took:

  1. Input the ID number of your desired item into the ‘Select item’ mod. (For instance, I’m using ID #19.)
  2. Enable the ‘Add item’ modification.
  3. Leave and re-enter the in-game Items user interface.

I am having the same exact problem add equipment gets the screen with blank everything and game crashes.

Add Item is broken with game version v1.10. It only allows you to use Items 1 through 55. If you use 56 or higher you will have the issue that @QuickScrew105 posted.

Infinite MP isn’t working but unhittable is, am I missing something or does it need to be updated?

Freezes game when item is added, or money. This is not working.

Yes, Steam version. Yes, still not working when item or money added in any way. Locks the game and can only alt-tab close game.

Late to the party, but i just ran into this issue. It worked at launch, so i went back to the original version of the codes (in WeMod) and i was able to add what i wanted (Faerie Ring). Ill switch back to the newer version if i want to use other cheats.

How do you revert to a previous version of the SO WeMod?

At the top, next to where you can mark the game as a “favorite”, theres a button for “mod settings”. “Mods version” is there.
