I’m definitely on the latest trainer but it still doesn’t seem to work for me. I enabled Stamina and ran around my settlement and it drained. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, which is always a possibility. 
Sometimes certain memory addresses need a bit of extra time to load into your PC’s RAM before trainers can inject into them. 
Try the following and see if there is any change:
- Launch the game first. Wait on the main menu for 5 minutes.
- Alt+tab to WeMod. Press Play.
- Alt+Tab back to the game.
Look, I don’t want to say I told you so, but I told you that I could be doing something wrong. I never updated to version 21… haha. Everything seems to be working now though. Thanks for the help AND the reminder that I’m not ever the smartest guy in the room.

Can there be an update to make you immune to the plague heart? It kills me even with unlimited health.

The unlimited ammo cheat appears to be broken. Even with it active you still use up whatever ammo you have in your inventory.
Cheats are no longer working since this update today. I keep getting an Error updating saying my update has failed and then it has me quit the game. It says it every time too.

should be a community editor somewhere. i use it a lot in my comm.
Game just updated, but doesn’t need any updating to the trainer. All the option works.
Anyway to change the Unlimited Items to 999 instead of 10?

Game showing cheats available, but also is showing not compatible?
They all work with last version of game. NOTE: You can still die from plague.

bro i got it to work by starting the game up then i clicked play and it worked
Question about the windows store version, does Xbox Game Pass for PC count or no?

Xbox Game Pass is just the name of Windows Store’s subscription service. The games are still Windows Store versions. So yes the trainer will work.
