I have scanned the Wemod app in Virustotal.com and it says it contains W32/MSIL_Agent.FTT.gen!Eldorado

Are you certain that you downloaded WeMod from the only official source? Which would be https://www.wemod.com/, and only that link.
Just scanned the file myself and I’m not seeing the same thing.

Either way, it is also common knowledge that trainers will trigger a false positive every now and again. Purely due to the way that trainers work, which is by injecting code into your RAM. You can find this information by using the search button.

Anyway, you are right. Trainers generate false positive.
