WeMod app is offline

WeMod app says that my PC is offline, while i still have Internet access. Tried steps from this post, and this didn`t fix my problem. App log can send in PM.

UPD. After reading logs find out that process stops at

DEBUG [load] Acquiring new installation ID…
DEBUG [load] Failed to register installation.

Hello there!

Please turn off your WiFi router for one minute (to allow the signal to completely dissipate from your house). Then turn it back on again and try again.

If that still does not help, please follow the advice here:

By “that screen” he means the one that is giving you the error message you see.

For future reference: Kaspersky had to be fully shut down and exited. It wasn’t enough to simply disable protection and keep it running.
