Keeps saying invalid username / email + password combination. I’ve logged into the website and reset the password, it’s obviously working because I’m here posting this message in the forum.

Quick fixes:
- Turn off any VPN you’re using
- Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
- Reset your password here: Forgot your password? | Wand
Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from Wand logo
