This is Bullshit! I have used WeMod for years. Never had any problems. Then all of a sudden out of the blue, it starts giving me this bullshit where I open WeMod up and I get this red writing telling me that there is an error with WeMod and it needs to be reinstalled.
I tried to reinstall it but it just says that the installation failed and it gives me a button to download it manually. I click that and it downloads a new WeMod file so I run that and get the same ■■■■. Installation failed.
Not one single thing on my computer has changed since it worked perfectly so I have to ask, what the hell did you guys do to your program?

Hello excuse me, yesterday (dec 16)i started to experience this same problem. I have allowed this app to the white list from my avg, my framework is updated and i’m running windows 10. it used to work so well. it would not uninstall so i had to force uninstall it with another program and now it wont install again. i click the .exe setup and when it asks to make changes i say yes but nothing happens beyond that. the installer does not show up at all. i really dont know what to do at this point. please help if you can.
I’m getting the same problem. As of last night, WeMod will not run and the installer will not do anything at all. Not even an error message. Checked all my antivirus and firewalls, and WeMod is whitelisted everywhere.
Here’s my fix that worked with Windows 11
In your settings go to “recovery” and look for “Fix problems using Windows update” it says
“Reinstall your current version of Windows (your apps, files and settings will be preserved)”
it takes awhile to do it and several restarts but it worked 100% for me.
I hope that helps somebody/anybody because I know how much it sucks not having the WeMod trainer…
I think THINK it might work with Windows 10 too but not quite sure how to go about it with that version.
Also, just an FYI I periodically have to restart my computer as I occasionally get the same crappy message, but after restarting it again it works
I am also having the same issue i hope that you guys can figure it out i use windows 11 and by the looks of it there are a lot more then a single person talking about this. the only thing that fixes it for now is reboot witch is crazy. i have been using wemod for a long time and i hate paying for some thing that is going to start having issues and were being told not many people are having it the question is how many people will say the issue and will you guys look into fixing it or ignore it? that is my 2 cents worth have a good day.
Back to having the same problem again. I have to download and reinstall the Wemod app everytime I restart my computer or put it in sleep mode.
I found a way around it though. Leave the app open and on the screen when I set it down or put it to sleep…
