Hey! I’m generally a fan of Souls-like games, but there’s one aspect I struggle with: the amount of damage you take from bosses and enemies. For me, dying over and over again quickly becomes frustrating and takes away from the fun.
Games like Elden Ring and Black Myth: Wukong where WeMod/Wand have added a “defense multiplier,” which has made the experience much more enjoyable. I can play the game as it is, just taking less damage, and I wouldn’t want to change anything else.
However, for games I really want to play, like Sekiro, Dark Souls 3, and First Berserker: Khazan, the only available cheats are “unlimited” options. For me, that completely removes the fun. A defense multiplier allows players to adjust difficulty to their liking, making the game challenging but fair or even easy.
It’s unfortunate that most Souls-like games available on platforms like WeMod/Wand don’t include a defense multiplier feature.
Hello and welcome back to the community. I hope you’re doing well.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful suggestion. Feedback like this is genuinely helpful, as it gives our trainer developers a clearer picture of the kinds of options players find most enjoyable and accessible.
If you’d like to propose a new trainer option, the best place to do so is in the official forum thread for that specific trainer. For example, the discussion thread for Dark Souls 3 can be found here: Dark Souls 3 Cheats and Trainer for Steam.
Please keep in mind that, while our trainer developers are always open to ideas, they’re limited by what the game itself (and the way it is coded) makes possible for them to create cheats for. Certain features simply can’t be implemented if there are no suitable memory addresses to work with, or if the modification would cause instability or lock player progression. As a result, not every suggestion, even those that seem straightforward, can always be added.
Nonetheless, your input is very much appreciated, and sharing it in the relevant trainer thread ensures it reaches the people best placed to explore what might be feasible.
Have a fantastic day & weekend!
