Glad you figured it out. Yes usually always is AV cant download cheats , having trouble starting trainer or game. Thanks for being pro member too !

For some reason it keeps telling me it failed and to try later, its been doing that for a week

The main cause of a trainer failing to inject is due to interference from antivirus programs.
Please check your antivirus program to see if the trainer has been falsely quarantined.
Then ideally you should add WeMod (and the trainer if necessary) as an exception in your antivirus program.
Another user had the same issue as you, as you can see in about three posts above, which was resolved by adding antivirus exceptions. So please give this a try and let us know how it goes. Thank you. 
With the January 10th update it says its incompatible. Is there something I need to do or is it just that it needs to be updated again? I noticed about 4 of them still work but the rest donāt.

Are you replying on the thread for the correct trainer? This trainer did not exist until the 4th June this year - so there was no trainer update for this particular game on the 10th January.
Or do you mean that you have an outdated copy of the game?
Where did you get your copy of the game from? Epic, Steam or cracked?
If you have Borderlands 2 on Epic Games:
This trainer was updated 9 days ago from this post (click). The trainer should be working perfectly fine as long as you have a legitimately purchased copy of this game from Epic Games which is up to date.
Under the Play button in the trainer is another button labelled History. Click this and make sure the most recent trainer is selected.
If you have the game on Steam:
Youāre using the wrong trainer. You need this one: Borderlands 2 Cheats and Trainer for Steam.
The Unlimited Badass Token cheat still does not seem to work properly. When I enable it, it usually does not add tokens and changes my Badass rank to 19 with no tokens to redeem. Once in a while the cheat will give me a few tokens to redeem. I am wondering if I am using it incorrectly or if there is a special way that I need to use this feature.
As a suggestion for an additional feature, I am wondering if it is possible to create a cheat for the gold keys, possibly under the Unlimited Resources?

To clarify I am playing on the Steam Borderlands 3 version, And the game itself had the update on the 11th.
On the night before (the 10th) the trainer was working perfectly fine, but on the morning of the 11th when It updated, the trainer no longer worked properly, save 3 or so of the cheats. And now it says that it is incompatible with the current game version.
So I was wondering if I would just need to wait for a new update of the trainer or if there was something I had to do to make it compatable with the game.

This thread is for the Borderlands 2 trainer from the Epic Games store, not Borderlands 3 from the Steam store. You need to make sure youāre posting in the correct thread, otherwise there will be confusion like the above.

Firstly I want to thank all the WeMod staff for all the work they do, I wanted some clarification with one of the cheats. ā11. Unlimited Badass Tokenā is there a prerequisite in order to get this to work as like @CalmCrown14 and @KnightHawk78 have already stated in the comments, it isnāt working as intended. Currently, I canāt seem to get it to work at all, it turns my Badass Rank down to 19 whilst also not giving any Badass Tokens to redeem.
I was also wondering if it was possible to include gold keys with Unlimited Resources as this has been achieved with Borderlands 3. It would be a welcomed addition to the WeMod trainer.

The cheat badass tokens doesnāt work, that is the only reason I want to use this good app, the steam version is work very well and dont have any issue but this dont work one of the most useful cheat
Well while your waiting for it to be looked at can still use gibbed editor for some of the things still too.
I have this problem too, but I donno how to fix it
so, Iāve used We Mod for a bit now and this is the first time Iāve got this notification. My AV software said there were two threats upon trying to launch the game. Is it just because its a cheat menu or should I act upon it.

This is called a āfalse positiveā. Trainers will trigger antivirus programs from time to time, no matter where on the internet you get it from.

Same, it keep tell me that there is problem with downloading the cheat. So could someone please tell me what to do to fix it.
Well his comment was 26 days ago. I would imagine he got it to work by now
Could be you antivirus main reason wont download cheats or
Can try and start the game from epic store first then when you are in game alt tab out then press play in wemod after. Click back to game
